Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd in Stevenage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the ER Manager in the development and delivery of ER related improvement, innovation and change activities in consultation and collaboration with key stakeholders.

  • Design and deliver communication and engagement plans to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop plans to realise those improvements, successfully communicating and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching and advising on innovative employee relations solutions to support business objectives.
  • Contribute to other ER activities including casework, procedural reviews and Trade union related activities.

Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable, empathetic and resilient individual with strong ER experience.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address ER issues.

Salary: £45-50k, plus bonus and very good benefits.
