Step Teachers is a leading education recruitment agency, and we are currently seeking a Year 5 Curriculum Leader to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading a class of Year 5 students and delivering the KS2 curriculum.

The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners. Experience working with students with SEND is also desirable.

In return, we offer an estimated salary of £44,000 - £64,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
  • Maintain a well-organised and tidy classroom environment
  • Monitor, assess, and report on student progress
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
