Job Title: Medical Director

3t Training Services is seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to join our team in Aberdeen, UK. As a leading provider of training for the oil and gas, wind, and power industries, we are committed to delivering high-quality training solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Medical Director who will be responsible for leading our medical services team and providing expert medical advice to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and a proven track record of delivering high-quality medical services in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the medical services team and provide expert medical advice to clients
  • Develop and implement medical services strategies to meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of medical services
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Provide medical support to clients during offshore medicals and other medical services
Requirements:
  • Primary Medical Degree
  • Previous experience in General Medicine, A&E, ITU or acute care
  • Ability to work under own initiative and on a stand-alone basis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
