Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. In this role, you'll be responsible for visiting customers in their homes across Swindon and the surrounding areas, diagnosing and repairing any issues with domestic appliances, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months recent White Goods Engineering experience and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. You'll work independently, managing your time effectively, and keeping customers and colleagues updated on your progress.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months recent White Goods Engineering experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Valid driving licence
  • Able to lift & manoeuvre heavy objects, work in restricted spaces, regularly engage hand dexterity and colour vision

What We Offer:

  • Starting salary: £37,304 per annum (£32,916 + £4,388)
  • Up to £2,500 per annum bonus potential
