**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Export Operations Coordinator to join our team at Mobile Technical Staff. As a key member of our export operations team, you will be responsible for managing export shipments, coordinating with customers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage export shipments from start to finish, including coordination with customers, airlines, and other stakeholders
* Action export shipments via air/road, responding to customer requests via telephone, fax, or email
* Collate all export documentation, including Hawbs, Mawbs, customs formalities, and security procedures
* Cut Airway Bills and ensure accurate invoicing

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 2 years export experience working in a freight forwarding company
* Aerospace experience and knowledge of AOG/time-sensitive shipments
* Valid car driver's license

**Qualifications and Education:**

* Educated to GCSE standard/A-level standard

**Language:**

English
