We are proud to be supporting a local SEMH school in Louth, who are seeking a number of Teaching Assistants to join their growing team on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis.
The school can accommodate either full-time educators or those who can commit to 2-4 days per week, with a requirement for full days as no morning/afternoon shifts are available.
About the Role- Support pupils aged 6-16 in groups based on ability, not age.
- Groups are no larger than 6 pupils, with a minimum of 3 staff members in each group.
- Be prepared to support pupils who may be challenging and require resilience, adaptability, and creativity.
The school would like to invite suitable candidates for a meet-and-greet, which will include a tour of the school, meeting the Head Teacher, and discussing the responsibilities of the role.
Requirements- Commit to full days, between 2-5 days per week.
- Be resilient, adaptable, and creative in supporting pupils.
- Be thick-skinned and able to handle challenging situations.
