- To conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- To coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve quality-related issues.
- To develop and implement training programs for quality personnel.
- To analyze data and provide insights to improve quality performance.
- To collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality management and leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of IATF16949:2016 and TS16949 Quality Standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
