Position Overview:
Our client, a leading manufacturing firm, is seeking a skilled CNC Machining Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role involves working on a rotating shift basis, providing flexibility and variety in your work schedule.

Shift Details:
The CNC Machining Specialist position is full-time, with a weekly rotating shift pattern:

Early Shift:
Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, including a 30-minute lunch break.

Friday, 6:00 am to 1:30 pm, including a 30-minute lunch break.

Late Shift:
Monday to Thursday, 12:00 pm to 9:45 pm, including a 30-minute lunch break.

During the training period, the working hours will be:
Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (including a 30-minute lunch break).
Friday, 8:30 am to 1:30 pm (no lunch break).

Compensation:
Salary is competitive and will be determined based on skill level and relevant experience.

Candidate Requirements:
Preference will be given to applicants with prior CNC machining experience, particularly in CNC grinding; however, candidates with milling or turning experience will also be considered. Key Responsibilities:
The CNC Machining Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ascertain tooling requirements and machining methods.
• Loading tool blanks into the CNC machine.
• Initiating machine operations and monitoring performance to identify any malfunctions.
• Stopping the machine to change cutting tools and adjusting setups according to machining sequences.
• Inspecting and measuring tools, making necessary adjustments, or notifying the team leader.
• Adhering to all safety, production, and quality protocols within the manufacturing environment.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the machine, tools, parts, and work area.
