Role Overview:

  • Maintain and repair GSE vehicles and equipment efficiently, adhering to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections, brake tests, and smoke tests, reporting defects before repairs.
  • Complete accurate job cards and inspection sheets, submitting them to the Workshop Supervisor at the end of each shift.
  • Record parts used accurately, collaborating with the Workshop Supervisor regarding additional work or parts required.
  • Ensure all parts are correctly labelled and stored on suitable shelves (warranty/exchange units).
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, reporting defective tools and items immediately.

About the Role:

We seek a motivated individual with motor mechanics knowledge, ideally within the LGV sector, to join our team as an Airport Technician.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess LGV Level 3 or equivalent in Motor Mechanics and a forklift licence is desirable.
