We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Connecting Education, a leading education technology company. As a Sales Director for Education, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the UK and internationally.

About the Role

As a Sales Director for Education, you will be responsible for building and developing your sales pipeline, taking ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing agreements. You will work closely with key decision-makers within schools and Multi-Academy Trusts, delivering detailed online product demonstrations, and effectively managing your own sales pipeline and reporting on the progress of your leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with key decision-makers within schools and Multi-Academy Trusts
  • Book and deliver detailed online product demonstrations
  • Effectively manage your own sales pipeline and report on the progress of your leads
  • Convert sales to hit/exceed targets
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, uncapped commission, and an annual bonus (OTE of £10-15k+). You will also enjoy a hybrid working environment, private medical insurance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, and a range of staff incentives and social activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years of sales experience within the EdTech / Education sector, a good understanding of the UK Education sector, proven creative problem-solving skills, and experience with CRM systems.
