Job Title: Application Support Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team at TEKsystems. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our database and application systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support for SQL Server, including query writing, indexing, and troubleshooting
* Manage website applications using IIS and troubleshoot log and slowness issues
* Offer Windows Server application and server support, including event log and application log troubleshooting
* Participate in on-call rotation for production monitoring support

Requirements

* Strong experience with SQL Server and Windows Server
* Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Familiarity with Octopus deployment processes and AWS Console is a plus
