As a Programme Director at Aspire Defence Services Limited, you will oversee the delivery of construction projects on military estates, supporting our Army customers. Your main responsibility is to extract projects from the initial brief and develop this into a fully defined Pre-Construction Information Report.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will have a deep understanding of construction operations and be able to make informed decisions that drive project success.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
