Portfolio Credit Control is seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to fill a temporary 3-month position in Manchester. As part of the Purchaser ledger team, you will be responsible for managing ecommerce stock supplier invoices, resolving quantity and price queries, and ensuring adherence to company PTP processes, system processes, and SOX controls.
Key Tasks:
  • Registering and matching ecommerce stock invoices with stock receipts and POs.
  • Resolving quantity and price queries with external suppliers and internal teams.
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to company guidelines.
  • Verifying correct postings to the nominal ledger.
  • Providing support to the SFBP or finance team members.

Requirements and Benefits:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in purchase ledger or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of company PTP processes, system processes, and SOX controls.
  • Competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  • Free lunch.
  • Free onsite parking (office-based role).
  • Flexible working hours.
  • 35 hours a week.
  • Weekly pay every Friday.
