Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigating complex residential property cases, encompassing sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
  • Delivering exceptional legal counsel to clients on a broad spectrum of residential property matters.
  • Conducting exhaustive research, creating accurate legal documents, and engaging in meetings and hearings when essential.
  • Collaborating harmoniously with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case progression.
  • Preserving detailed client records, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential property law.
  • Comprehensive understanding of pertinent legislation, procedures, and precedents.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, fostering productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • High level of attentiveness to detail and organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in IT, including familiarity with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Solution-focused mindset, capable of identifying challenges and providing suitable resolutions.
