About the Role

We are looking for a Support Professional to join our strong and friendly Community Support team in Devon. As a Support Professional, you will be supporting people with autism spectrum condition, learning difficulties, and mental health concerns across the county.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to individuals, enabling them to improve their health and wellbeing. This will involve building relationships, engaging in activities, and supporting with life skills such as searching for work, managing finances, and cooking.

You will be working with people who live in our accommodation-based service, as well as supporting people in their own homes and their local community.

We are committed to the continuing development of recovery values in practice and are looking for someone who shares our vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting individuals with autism spectrum condition, learning difficulties, and mental health concerns
  • Building relationships and engaging in activities
  • Supporting with life skills, including searching for work, managing finances, and cooking
  • Working with people who live in our accommodation-based service and supporting people in their own homes and local community
