Clinical Pharmacist

At Hunter AHP Resourcing, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at an NHS Hospital in West Sussex. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing clinical pharmacy services to medical and surgical wards.

This locum Clinical Pharmacist position is ideal for an experienced professional looking to make a significant impact in a hospital setting. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing medication therapy for inpatients, participating in ward rounds, and contributing to multidisciplinary teams.

• 
  
• Provide clinical pharmacy services to medical and surgical wards
  
• Review and manage medication therapy for inpatients
  
• Participate in ward rounds and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  
• Ensure safe and effective use of medicines
  
• Support the inpatient dispensary operations
  

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 
  
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting
  
• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
