Job Title: Management Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accounts Assistant to join our team at Sellick Partnership. As a key member of our accounting team, you will provide critical support to our management accounts teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce accurate and timely invoices for income and funding recharges
  • Lead the coordination of income recharges and ensure seamless execution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial transaction advice and support
  • Manage and provide guidance on income reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Analyze and report key financial information on income and pay, providing insights for informed decision-making
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Assist in the development of systems and processes to improve financial management and reporting
Requirements:
  • Experience in preparing accounts, budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations
  • AAT-qualified or similar accountancy training
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and variance analysis, including income, expenses, forecasts, and budgets
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
