Care Assistant Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Woodville Residential Home in Derbyshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
The estimated salary for this role is £11.10 per hour, dependent upon qualification level. We also offer opportunities to learn and progress with the support of our dedicated Quality Matters team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care and support to residents
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Prepare and serve meals, promoting good nutrition and hydration
- Support residents with mobility issues, using specialist equipment
- Maintain accurate and timely records, completing documentation as required
To succeed in this role, you will need a genuine caring nature and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support. While prior experience as a Care Assistant or Support worker is desirable, full training is provided.
You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
