We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Kingspan Group. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct physical testing on incoming chemicals and raw materials, as well as finished product samples, to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Off-load chemical tankers and ensure deliveries and supply of chemicals to production lines are completed with proper environmental, health, and safety procedures.
- Implement or provide solutions to machinery, testing, and processing issues that may impact product quality.
- Inspect and test products with precision measuring tools and record results.
- Support third-party requirements, such as quality processing samples and related correspondence.
- Support SEA investigation and countermeasure implementation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a quality control or laboratory setting.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- ISO 9001, 14001, and 37301 awareness and understanding.
- Flexible and willing to be trained in multiple areas.
