Join Mitchell Maguire, a specialist roofing and cladding recruitment consultancy, in our search for a skilled Technical Surveyor - Roofing Systems to join our team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Surveyor - Roofing Systems to work on a variety of roofing projects, including new build and refurbishment sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the roofing industry, with a proven track record of conducting surveys and estimates within the refurbishment and new build market sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct roofing surveys and prepare customer quotations using our clients' integrated management system.
  • Attend client sites to undertake roofing surveys and ensure that installed products are being installed correctly and to standards.
  • Liaise with Quantity Surveyor to flag additions and variations.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries with key clients.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs around surveys carried out, customers engaged with, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Technical experience within the roofing industry.
  • Track record in conducting surveys and estimates within the refurbishment and new build market sectors.
  • Sound roofing knowledge and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about roofing and computer literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Full UK driving license and ability to work autonomously.
