Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at HC-One. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our Residents, providing high-quality care and support in a nurse-led environment.

Main Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centred care to our Residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Developing and implementing individual care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Leading by example, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and respect within our care home.
  • Collaborating with our Colleagues to ensure effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.

About You

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, with a strong commitment to our values of kindness, compassion, and respect. You will have:

  • A valid NMC Pin and a degree in Nursing.
  • Experience working in a care home environment, with a strong understanding of person-centred care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our Residents, Colleagues, and families.
  • A passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with your Colleagues, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
