The Role

We're seeking a lawyer to join our established legal team, focusing on customer-facing contracting matters and supporting sales and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts with customers, vendors, and third parties.
  • Work closely with Sales to manage requests and inquiries from customers and prospects.
  • Become an expert on Symphony's standard contractual positions, products, and commercial model.
  • Assist with contract operations activities and related projects.
  • Provide creative, pragmatic, and effective legal solutions for business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience negotiating commercial transactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Admitted to practise in a UK or European jurisdiction, or the New York Bar.
  • Experience with technology-related contracts and financial regulatory regimes.
