Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Reinforced Recruitment. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of high-value residential projects, delivering bespoke homes for high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial aspects of high-value residential projects
  • Deliver bespoke homes for high-net-worth individuals
  • Work closely with the Head of Commercial to ensure the commercial success of each project
  • Liaise directly with clients to ensure the highest standards are met

About the Company:

Our client is a highly regarded, cash-rich contractor based in the UK, specialising in the high-end residential sector. With a turnover of around £10 million, they have built a strong reputation for delivering bespoke homes for high-net-worth individuals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong background in residential or high-spec projects
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Proactive approach
  • Ability to manage complex financial aspects of high-end developments
