Job Title: National Campaigns Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior marketing professional to drive targeted work-winning activity via national marketing campaigns. • Manage the execution of campaign activities, including developing angles and key messaging, advising on channels and programme, and defining target audiences.
  • Measure campaign success, including tracking ROI, demonstrating brand growth, and work won.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to agree on campaign roll-out strategies.
  • Work with the National Marketing Communications Manager to plan education and communication strategies that support campaign management programmes in the business.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • A proven track record in developing strategic initiatives.
  • People management experience and building teams.
  • A hunger for driving marketing activity that demonstrates tangible sales value and brand awareness.
  • Demonstrable experience leading campaigns and/or marketing activity that utilise the whole marketing mix, with a keen eye for digital marketing channels and practices.
  • CRM management and reporting experience, ideally within using HubSpot.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, curiosity, and the willingness to work as a team player.
