About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to lead our MSK team and oversee our MSK services. The successful candidate will be responsible for approximately 70% clinical work and 30% non-clinical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans
  • Develop and implement effective treatment protocols
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, carers, and relatives to ensure seamless patient care
  • Lead and manage the MSK team, including senior and junior physiotherapists and associate physiotherapists
  • Oversee and participate in senior and junior training programs
  • Contribute to the development of the MSK service, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes

Requirements:

  • Strong passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy and evidence-based rehabilitation
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
