Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of parts to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications. Document and report any discrepancies or defects.
  • Dimensional Inspection: Perform dimensional inspections to tight tolerances.
  • Thread Gauging: Conduct thread gauging to ensure accuracy.
  • Material Certification: Review material certification to ensure compliance.
  • Material Hardness Tests: Conduct material hardness tests to ensure quality.
  • Calibration and Maintenance: Take ownership of calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
  • Quality Issue Identification: Identify potential quality issues and proactively communicate them to supervisors.
Workshop Duties
  • Assembly and Maintenance: Assist with the assembly, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure all work is performed to high standards of safety and quality.
Fitter Duties

Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in QC inspection, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
