Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual to fill the role of Toddler Room Leader at Busy Bees Nurseries. This is a full-time position, working 38.5 hours Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of childcare professionals to provide high-quality care and education to children in the toddler room.
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the nursery.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care and education.

Requirements:

  • Essential qualifications include a relevant degree or diploma in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to speak and understand English.
