Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Support: Assist in all recruitment activities, including attracting and onboarding top talent, ensuring recruitment processes are professional, smooth, timely, and cost-effective.
- Employee Relations: Provide general professional and commercial first-line support, advice, and guidance on employment issues and employee relations.
- HR Operations: Assist with all people activities and communications within HR remit, including newsletters, team-building, surveys, internships, apprentice schemes, and charity team initiatives.
- Policy Development: Assess and review HR processes and policies in line with best practice and changes in legislation.
- Training and Development: Enhance competencies by designing and/or delivering fit-for-purpose training material/solutions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records and prepare various analyses, statistics, KPIs, annual reviews, and reports as required.
- Project Support: Assist with projects, payroll, and/or benefit preparations as needed.
- Mentorship: Provide peer mentorship to HR Admin Support to assist professional development.
- Representation: Represent the HR Dept and business professionally and positively in all settings.
- Prior experience of recruitment within a HR role/team, including liaising with agencies, using recruiting platforms, and social networks.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and office software skills (Sharepoint an advantage).
- Great attention to detail with ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
- Flexible with excellent interpersonal, written, and analytical skills.
- Confident, creative, curious, friendly, and approachable with a pro-active attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- CIPD qualified or relevant experience, with working knowledge of UK employment law.
