About the Role

We're looking for a Teaching Assistant who can provide individualized support to students with SEN, helping them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential. You'll work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans, ensuring students receive the best possible education.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN, helping them with academic and personal tasks
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring students with SEN are fully included
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
