About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Operations Contact Centre team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding water and wastewater services, including billing, payments, and service inquiries.
  • Assist customers with resolving issues and concerns, using advanced Salesforce and Amazon Web Services technology to accurately log interactions and understand customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless customer service delivery, using strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Meet and exceed customer service targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Strong IT, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary starting from £25,659, with the potential to increase to £26,659 after 6 months and then to £27,659 after 18 months.
  • 24 days of holiday per year, increasing to 28 with length of service, plus bank holidays.
  • Contributory pension, with a maximum of 12% employee contribution.
