Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our fast-paced team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and verifying invoices and expense reports, maintaining and updating financial records, and performing reconciliations of accounts payable transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations
  • Perform reconciliations of accounts payable transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, ensuring seamless financial operations
  • Assist in month-end closure, providing critical support to the Accounting & Finance team
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, with ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and vendors
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility
