Job Summary

The Blade Operator role involves the execution of manual processes in a production environment. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform composite processes, including layup, preform & foam, blade build, resin injection, and deflash.
  2. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
  3. Ensure adherence to quality and environmental, health, and safety standards.
  4. Repair and maintain equipment and tools as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
  2. Be flexible and willing to learn new skills and work across different cells.
  3. Take ownership of quality and EHS standards.
  4. Have experience working in a flow line production environment and be familiar with materials processing.
  5. Possess good manual dexterity.
