About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Financial Services Business Risk Insurance Internal Audit team. As a key member of our Financial Services Business Risk Services practice, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of internal audit clients and providing expert guidance on risk management and internal audit best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of internal audit professionals to deliver high-quality audit services to clients.
- Develop and implement effective internal audit strategies and plans to meet client needs and expectations.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on risk management and internal audit best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery of audit services.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager with a strong background in internal audit and risk management. You will have a professional qualification (CIPFA CISA, CISM, CISP, or similar) and post-qualification experience in internal audit, preferably in the insurance sector. You will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
