Architectural Technician

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team at Hays Construction and Property. As a key member of our building consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive professional services to our clients in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with clients to understand their brief and produce high-quality working drawing packages.
- Collaborate with our internal Building Surveying and Project Management teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to create accurate and detailed designs.
- Proven experience working as an Architectural Technician, preferably in the education sector.
- Commercial project experience is essential.
- Confidence in UK planning regulations and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- A driving license and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
