Key Responsibilities- Identify process improvements and provide feedback to drive change and enhance sales performance.
- Support multiple diaries for planned events and ensure timely execution.
- Work closely with the Sales Optimisation & Support Manager to present recommendations and findings.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to provide insights and support.
- Ensure quality standards are met through system updates and lead reviews.
- Assist with lead allocation models to maximize revenue.
- Provide reactive ad-hoc support to a high standard.
- Be a systems expert and point of contact for queries and questions.
- Complete weekly enrichment and pipeline reports, and monthly module reports.
- Support the Business Get Business lead referral process.
- Maximise productivity and results by effectively managing time, projects, and daily tasks.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within the channel.
- Maintain knowledge, skills, and personal performance to the required standards.
- Driven and committed to personal growth and development.
- Motivated with a drive to assist with the delivery of sales targets and outstanding customer outcomes.
- Strong system/technology skills, especially with Microsoft.
