About the Role:
Talent Guardian is seeking an experienced Production Operative to join our team in a dynamic and fast-expanding company. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production and packaging of fresh produce for distribution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare packaging finishing products, ensuring that fresh produce are packed and ready for distribution.
- Work on a fast-paced production line, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with a team to achieve production targets and meet deadlines.
- Follow standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent track record of time keeping and attendance.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Previous production/factory based background.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation and working towards targets.
- Full clean UK driving license due to location.
- Experience of using hand tools.
