About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maths Teacher to join our team at a reputable Ofsted Good school in Cheshunt. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Maths education to students, contributing to the department's improvement plan, and participating in staff development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Maths to A-level standard with creativity and patience
  • Develop and implement schemes of work, assessment policies, and teaching strategies to meet student needs
  • Report student progress to the Head of Department and parents/carers
  • Participate in staff development activities and contribute to the department's improvement plan
Requirements
  • Confident teaching Maths to A-level standard
  • Creative, patient, and willing to think outside the box
  • Degree in a relevant subject and teaching qualification
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS on the online update service
