Senior Data Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Manager to join our team at TRIA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making and operational efficiency through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and team management. You will be responsible for leading a team of data professionals, improving the end-to-end data analytics process, and developing reports, dashboards, and valuable insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of data professionals to deliver high-quality data analytics solutions
  • Developing and implementing data analytics strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics into business operations

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role at a senior level
  • Experience managing a team of data professionals
  • Strong proficiency with data analytics tools and technologies, particularly Power BI

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Good understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, or predictive modeling techniques
  • Exposure to the financial services industry
