Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, working closely with our care team to ensure the highest standards of care are met. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Support the care team in promoting resident independence, dignity, and well-being.

Requirements

  • Level 3 NVQ Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably in a senior care assistant role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.50.
  • 44 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave.
