We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist to join our team at Insight Enterprises, Inc.

About the Role

As a Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our sales teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client accounts, forecast future revenue and expenditures, and inform critical business decisions.

You will develop and present financial reports and models to stakeholders, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain the financial elements of our multi-year account plans. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in driving sustained growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze current and past client account financial information to forecast future performance, including revenues, gross profit, and costs.
  • Develop and lead client account financial processes and activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Create financial reports, forecasts, and models to support multi-year planning and forecasting, analyzing data and contracts to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial performance reports at client level for regular business reviews, aiming to improve financial growth.
  • Reconcile account transactions by cross-referencing incoming and outgoing data, presenting information in an effective format and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Set up and manage client accounts financially, aligning with contractual requirements, including revenue recognition, cost alignment, and billing verification.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree-level education or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, accreditations, and certifications.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • A confident, enthusiastic, and proactive communicator.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, SAP, and data query/management tools.
  • Previous experience as a Management Accountant in a professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and discipline.
  • Ability to build partnerships and consensus within teams and with stakeholders.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
