The JobThis full-time position at Austin Fraser involves working with students who have Autism and face communication challenges. You will provide tailored support, helping students develop essential skills for everyday life, such as social interactions, emotional regulation, and independence. By collaborating with Speech and Language Therapists, you will contribute to creating and implementing personalized learning plans that foster effective communication strategies.
This opportunity offers a competitive salary of £80-£90 per day, allowing you to focus on making a positive impact in the lives of your students.
Your Key Tasks- Deliver individualized support to students with Autism, focusing on daily tasks, classroom activities, and communication development.
- Assist students in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and independence, promoting their overall well-being.
- Work closely with Speech and Language Therapists to implement individualized learning plans and optimize communication strategies.
