Job Title: Retail Customer Service Manager

As a Retail Customer Service Manager at Entain, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding experience in our betting shops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
  • Urging safer gambling practices and promoting responsible betting habits.
  • Process customer transactions, including cash handling and operating betting terminals.
  • Assist customers with product demonstrations and provide expert advice on betting options.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Shop Manager and team to achieve sales targets and maintain high shop standards.
  • Open and close the shop as required, ensuring a smooth and secure operation.

Working Patterns:

Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am-10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Your typical weekly rota will consist of a mix of long opening and closing shifts, as well as shorter evening shifts. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or over to work in our betting shops.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
