Early Years Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at a reputable nursery in Crawley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory guidelines and nursery policies to ensure a high-quality learning environment.
- Plan and deliver engaging play activities based on children's interests and developmental needs, promoting positive behavior and inclusion.
- Build strong relationships with key children and their parents, providing regular feedback and support.
- Conduct risk assessments and report any incidents or accidents to management, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve nursery goals, attending meetings and undertaking regular training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Level 2 qualification in childcare and education.
- Level 2 English and maths qualifications.
- Current safeguarding training.
- Knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development.
- DBS check (required).
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
- Experience planning for children's individual needs using the EYFS framework.
