About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Educational Psychologist to join our team in West Northamptonshire. As an integral part of our service, you will work collaboratively with schools and other professionals to provide high-quality support for children and young people.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychology, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to improving the life chances of others. You will be professionally qualified and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, advice, and intervention services to schools and families
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop effective strategies for supporting children's wellbeing and learning
  • Contribute to the development of our service through innovation, research, and evaluation
