Job Description: Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households in Alfreton.

This role involves providing out of hours support to 10 young people in a 24-hour supported accommodation setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the service overnight on a waking night from 9pm to 9am.
  • Responding appropriately to incidents and maintaining safety and security of residents.

Requirements:

  • Acquired knowledge through on the job experience and/or additional qualification.
  • Lone-working on-site out of hours.
  • Persuasiveness during the handling of incidents.
