Bagnalls, a leading painting contractor since 1875, is seeking an experienced Contracts Co-ordinator to support the delivery of complex national painting and decorating contracts. The ideal candidate will have administrative and/or project management experience, with a strong ability to establish relationships with stakeholders including customers, sub-contractors, suppliers, and colleagues.
As part of our Special Projects team, you will provide essential administrative support to the Branch Manager and Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of our national projects. This role would suit someone with expertise in project management, ideally within the construction or utilities sector. We offer further training and qualifications to support your growth and development.
We are committed to the long-term development of our staff, with a proven track record of developing talented individuals. Our Management Trainee programme has seen previous Contracts Co-ordinators progress into Project Manager roles.
The successful candidate will have:
- Project management experience
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to plan own work and meet deadlines
- Competence in using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner
