Frazer Jones has partnered with a leading Investment Platform to support the growth of their HR team in London. This role is a key position within the team, responsible for building and shaping a positive working environment that supports both professional and personal growth.

The role will support the management team in meeting strategic objectives, working alongside a talented team that delivers on people initiatives.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted adviser to the Management Team, providing expert guidance on all aspects of human resources.

This is a part-time role working 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, talent and performance management, learning, employee engagement, culture and wellbeing.
  • Contribute to the development of the organisation's people strategy and lead the processes and structures that support achievement of this.
  • Develop effective employment policies and processes that comply with current legislation, regulations and professional standards.
  • Lead the annual review process and support the CEO and Management Team in preparation for this.
  • Provide expert guidance on people matters, using ER experience to navigate the business and employee to a positive conclusion.
  • Support managers to effectively deal with people related issues.
  • Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organisational culture, and model the organisation's values and ways of working.
  • Drive continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Senior level experience in a small Financial Services environment, preferably standalone.
  • Expert knowledge of UK employment law and experience of applying updated legislation to HR situations.
  • Minimum of 7+ years post qualification experience.
  • Experience in coaching at directors and management level.
  • Relevant professional qualification, such as CIPD or ILM.
