About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth across our parcel, mail, and logistics services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Work with our General Manager and Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and business plans for your territory, ensuring maximum utilization of our fleet capacity and collection from prospect customers.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets in line with DX growth across all services, including parcel, mail, and logistics.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Define and manage customer prospects to maximize sales growth, and work closely with our Bid Management Team to deliver effective tender responses to specific customer opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of our product portfolio and associated features and benefits, and tailor those benefits to the needs of our customers.
  • Business Forecasting: Submit accurate and timely business forecasts and chair regular sales meetings to ensure alignment with our sales strategy.
  • Sales Tools and Process: Utilize our sales tools in line with our agreed sales process to maintain and develop sales pipeline and customer information.
