Job Description

Wayman Education is seeking a skilled Drama teacher to join our thriving department. As a Drama teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Drama at GCSE level on a full-time basis. Our successful and well-resourced department offers a supportive and approachable head of department.

Responsibilities
  • Lesson planning and effective delivery to meet the needs of all learners
  • Assessment and recording of achievement
  • Managing the classroom and resources effectively to create a safe, stimulating, and positive learning environment
  • Maintaining positive discipline and promoting the wellbeing and progress of students
  • Developing positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and students
Requirements
  • Drama teacher qualification with QTS
  • Excellent subject knowledge
  • Ability to work within the UK
