Purchasing & Stock Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing & Stock Administrator to join our team at StormX Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing and stock management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the receipt and storage of incoming stock and shipments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and warehousing, to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation, including importation and clearance of goods.
  • Analyze and interpret stock information using spreadsheets and systems to maintain efficiency in the warehouse.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a stock and product-related environment.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
